Introduction
This creamy chèvre spread comes together in minutes, making it an easy yet elegant addition to any gathering. Smooth, tangy, and endlessly versatile, it pairs beautifully with charcuterie, artisan breads, crackers, or crisps for a simple yet sophisticated bite.

How to make it:
Add chevre and cottage cheese to a large bowl. Mix well with a hand mixer. Make sure any large lumps are gone.
Optional: Add chopped fresh herbs and seasonings of your choice. This is completely up to you! Add flavors that compliment your choice of items being served with it. Chives are always a safe option, but maybe you'd like some rosemary or sage--have fun experimenting! Spice it up with your favorite seasonings--Montreal Steak is a good one!
Combine well.
Serve. Spread on pieces of baguette, artisan crips, or your favorite crackers. We've even put it on pizza!
